Meetings

The Tree Board meets bi-monthly (as needed) at noon at the Parks and Recreation office, 2276 West Street. The Tree Board does not meet in June or July.

Members

The Tree Board consists of seven members and includes at-large member Chairman Michael Shelton, at-large member Sarah Barton, At-large member Jessica Seidner, Parks & Recreation Commission Liaison Kevin Young, Neighborhood Preservation Commission Liaison Gerald Wilson, Design Review Commission Liaison Paul Bruns, Beautification Commission Liaison Albert Pope, Planning Commission Liaison Jennifer Sission as well as Alderman Scott Sanders, Assistant Parks and Recreation Director Caleb Marcum, Planning Staff Liaison Sarah Goralewski and Staff Support Teresa Martin.

All Ages Welcome

Get a head start on summer reading with our all-ages kickoff party. Kids, teens and adults are encouraged to sign up for summer reading and enjoy games and snacks. Be sure to check out our special guests, with martial artists from Karate USA and the blacksmithing team with the Metal Museum’s Mini Mobile Metal Museum. Pre-registration is not required.
