Purpose
The Neighborhood Preservation Commission strives to promote and preserve the integrity of residential neighborhoods and foster a sense of community in them.

Meetings
Meetings take place on the third Thursday of each month at 5:30 p.m. in the Administration Conference Room at Germantown City Hall, 1930 S. Germantown Road.

Members
The commission consists of 12 members appointed by the Board of Mayor and Aldermen and includes Chairman Ellen Bernstein, Cheron Allbright, Scott Balentine, Brian Everson, Peter Ganavazos, Allison Holden, Shawn Lane, Whitney Lane, Matthew May, Adrienne Pakis-Gillon, Marissa Rogers, Gerald Wilson, Staff Support Erinn Figg and Alderman Mary Anne Gibson.

PUBLIC HEARING
January 23, 2023

The Board of Mayor and Aldermen of the City of Germantown will hold a public hearing on Monday, January 23, 2023, at 6:00 p.m., to discuss approval of an Amended Outline Plan (Master Plan) and Warrants for the Standard Germantown (aka Carrefour at the Gateway) Planned Development (Resolution 23R02), located at the southwest corner of the intersection of Poplar Ave. & Kirby Pkwy.
