Purpose
The Neighborhood Preservation Commission strives to promote and preserve the integrity of residential neighborhoods and foster a sense of community in them.

Meetings
Meetings take place on the third Thursday of each month at 5:30 p.m. in the Administration Conference Room at Germantown City Hall, 1930 S. Germantown Road.

Members
The commission consists of 12 members appointed by the Board of Mayor and Aldermen and includes Chairman Ellen Bernstein, Cheron Allbright, Scott Balentine, Brian Everson, Peter Ganavazos, Allison Holden, Shawn Lane, Whitney Lane, Matthew May, Adrienne Pakis-Gillon, Marissa Rogers, Gerald Wilson, Staff Support Erinn Figg and Alderman Mary Anne Gibson.

PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
The City of Germantown is in receipt of a request from the Germantown Festival Committee for a temporary beer permit to sell beer for on-premise consumption at the Germantown Festival, to be held on Saturday, September 10, 2022, from 9:30 until 6 pm and Sunday, September 11, 2022, from 12 noon until 6 pm, located at 7745 Poplar Pike. This request will be considered by the Board of Mayor and Aldermen, sitting as a Beer Board, at a Board of Mayor and Aldermen Meeting on Monday, May 9, 2022 at 6 pm in the Council Chambers of City Hall. Anyone wishing to speak for or against this request is invited to attend this meeting.

 

PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
The Board of Mayor and Aldermen will hold a public hearing on Monday, May 9, 2022, at 6 pm in the Germantown City Hall Council Chambers to discuss Ordinance 2022-5- On-Demand Dockless Small Vehicle Systems & Amendments to Chapter 16, Article III, Division 4.

Time meeting ends is an estimate.
