This is the first program of a 4-part Roadmap to Successful Retirement series.

In this session, we will explore all 8 dimensions of holistic wellness and create a vision for your retirement years. We will cover physical and emotional health, environmental health, and finding a renewed sense of purpose for retirement. Presented by Midsouth Aging Consultant Kristen Miller. Ages 18+.
