This is the third program of a 4-part Health Workshop series presented by physical therapist and international podcast host Jason Ward. (Attendance at all programs not required.)

Learn some of the evidence on an osteoarthritis diagnosis and myths commonly found in many mainstream media sources. Just because one has been diagnosed with OA does not mean there is no hope.
