Purpose
The Neighborhood Preservation Commission strives to promote and preserve the integrity of residential neighborhoods and foster a sense of community in them.

Meetings
Meetings take place on the third Thursday of each month at 5:30 p.m. in the Administration Conference Room at Germantown City Hall, 1930 S. Germantown Road.

Members
The commission consists of 12 members appointed by the Board of Mayor and Aldermen and includes Chairman Ellen Bernstein, Cheron Allbright, Scott Balentine, Brian Everson, Peter Ganavazos, Allison Holden, Shawn Lane, Whitney Lane, Matthew May, Adrienne Pakis-Gillon, Marissa Rogers, Gerald Wilson, Staff Support Erinn Figg and Alderman Mary Anne Gibson.

The Board of Mayor and Aldermen will meet with the Planning Commission for an update on the Major Road Plan beginning at 5 p.m. on Wednesday, November 16, 2022, at The Great Hall & Conference Center. 

Following the meeting with the Planning Commission, the Board of Mayor and Aldermen will discuss the Duntreath and Miller Farms ditch project.
The work session will be open to the public.
