Purpose
The Neighborhood Preservation Commission strives to promote and preserve the integrity of residential neighborhoods and foster a sense of community in them.

Meetings
Meetings take place on the third Thursday of each month at 5:30 p.m. in the Administration Conference Room at Germantown City Hall, 1930 S. Germantown Road.

Members
The commission consists of 12 members appointed by the Board of Mayor and Aldermen and includes Chairman Ellen Bernstein, Cheron Allbright, Scott Balentine, Brian Everson, Peter Ganavazos, Allison Holden, Shawn Lane, Whitney Lane, Matthew May, Adrienne Pakis-Gillon, Marissa Rogers, Gerald Wilson, Staff Support Erinn Figg and Alderman Mary Anne Gibson.

Vision Session

The Board of Mayor and Aldermen will meet in a vision session in the training room at Fire Station No. 4, 3031 Forest Hill Irene
Road, on Saturday, December 3, 2022 from 9 a.m. to 1 pm. 

Time meeting ends is an estimate.

The vision session will be open to the public.  


The City complies with the American Disabilities Act. Should you need accommodations, call 757-7200 at least 48 hours in advance of the meeting.
