Meetings

The Tree Board meets bi-monthly (as needed) at noon at the Parks and Recreation office, 2276 West Street. The Tree Board does not meet in June or July.

Members

The Tree Board consists of seven members and includes at-large member Chairman Michael Shelton, at-large member Sarah Barton, At-large member Jessica Seidner, Parks & Recreation Commission Liaison Kevin Young, Neighborhood Preservation Commission Liaison Gerald Wilson, Design Review Commission Liaison Paul Bruns, Beautification Commission Liaison Albert Pope, Planning Commission Liaison Jennifer Sission as well as Alderman Scott Sanders, Assistant Parks and Recreation Director Caleb Marcum, Planning Staff Liaison Sarah Goralewski and Staff Support Teresa Martin.

Bring your hook and yarn and enjoy a peaceful atmosphere with snacks and drinks. Whether you're an experienced crocheter or just beginning, you will feel at home meeting new friends and learning a skill to last a lifetime. A starter kit is provided for new participants. Registration is required.

Fee: $3 per session or $15 punch card for five sessions (first-timers are FREE)
