Meetings

The Tree Board meets bi-monthly (as needed) at noon at the Parks and Recreation office, 2276 West Street. The Tree Board does not meet in June or July.

Members

The Tree Board consists of seven members and includes at-large member Chairman Michael Shelton, at-large member Sarah Barton, At-large member Jessica Seidner, Parks & Recreation Commission Liaison Kevin Young, Neighborhood Preservation Commission Liaison Gerald Wilson, Design Review Commission Liaison Paul Bruns, Beautification Commission Liaison Albert Pope, Planning Commission Liaison Jennifer Sission as well as Alderman Scott Sanders, Assistant Parks and Recreation Director Caleb Marcum, Planning Staff Liaison Sarah Goralewski and Staff Support Teresa Martin.

Check-in and tent set-up begins at 4 p.m.
Fee: $50 per tent (four person max), $10 for each additional camper
Spend a night under the stars and relax by the campfire enjoying a traditional cookout dinner and s’mores. Grab your pillow and sleeping bag for a family-friendly movie on the big screen. Breakfast will be served the following morning. Campers supply their own tents and camping equipment. Pets are not allowed. Register online by Monday, October 7 at Germantown-TN.gov/Registration.
