Purpose
The Neighborhood Preservation Commission strives to promote and preserve the integrity of residential neighborhoods and foster a sense of community in them.

Meetings
Meetings take place on the third Thursday of each month at 5:30 p.m. in the Administration Conference Room at Germantown City Hall, 1930 S. Germantown Road.

Members
The commission consists of 12 members appointed by the Board of Mayor and Aldermen and includes Chairman Ellen Bernstein, Cheron Allbright, Scott Balentine, Brian Everson, Peter Ganavazos, Allison Holden, Shawn Lane, Whitney Lane, Matthew May, Adrienne Pakis-Gillon, Marissa Rogers, Gerald Wilson, Staff Support Erinn Figg and Alderman Mary Anne Gibson.

Board of Mayor and Aldermen Work Session
Tuesday, October 22, 2024

The Board of Mayor and Aldermen will meet in a joint work session with the Industrial Development Board and the Planning Commission on Tuesday, October 22, 2024, at 4 p.m., in the Klein Room at Economic and Community Development, located at 1920 S. Germantown Road. Topics will include a review of the City's TIF policy (educational session) and a brief by Economic and Community Development staff on the Comprehensive Plan Diagnostic Report.

Time meeting ends is an estimate.

The work session will be open to the public.
