Meetings

The Tree Board meets bi-monthly (as needed) at noon at the Parks and Recreation office, 2276 West Street. The Tree Board does not meet in June or July.

Members

The Tree Board consists of seven members and includes at-large member Chairman Michael Shelton, at-large member Sarah Barton, At-large member Jessica Seidner, Parks & Recreation Commission Liaison Kevin Young, Neighborhood Preservation Commission Liaison Gerald Wilson, Design Review Commission Liaison Paul Bruns, Beautification Commission Liaison Albert Pope, Planning Commission Liaison Jennifer Sission as well as Alderman Scott Sanders, Assistant Parks and Recreation Director Caleb Marcum, Planning Staff Liaison Sarah Goralewski and Staff Support Teresa Martin.

Deborah Swiney is a true chanteuse, guiding audiences on a musical journey back to Harlem to relive the legendary era of Billie Holiday and Ella Fitzgerald, through the classics of the Great American Songbook, and on to the rhythms of Rio, where you can almost feel the sands of Copacabana or Ipanema beach. As a Memphis native, she might even add a touch of blues to the mix.
