Meetings
The Tree Board meets bi-monthly (as needed) at noon at the Parks and Recreation office, 2276 West Street. The Tree Board does not meet in June or July.
Members
The Tree Board consists of seven members and includes at-large member Chairman Michael Shelton, at-large member Sarah Barton, At-large member Jessica Seidner, Parks & Recreation Commission Liaison Kevin Young, Neighborhood Preservation Commission Liaison Gerald Wilson, Design Review Commission Liaison Paul Bruns, Beautification Commission Liaison Albert Pope, Planning Commission Liaison Jennifer Sission as well as Alderman Scott Sanders, Assistant Parks and Recreation Director Caleb Marcum, Planning Staff Liaison Sarah Goralewski and Staff Support Teresa Martin.

Youth Basketball Evaluations

Attention Germantown Youth Basketball participants!
Player Evaluations for the 2024-25 season are here! These evaluations are mandatory for team placement, and only registered players may attend (no on-site registration).
Evaluation Dates & Locations:
- Monday, November 18 at Houston Middle School (multiple floors, times vary by age group).
- Makeup Day: Tuesday, November 19 at Dogwood Elementary (times vary by age group).
Plan to arrive 15 minutes early to check in and receive your evaluation number.
Once evaluations are complete, players will be drafted, and coaches will contact their teams with practice and game details.
