Meetings

The Tree Board meets bi-monthly (as needed) at noon at the Parks and Recreation office, 2276 West Street. The Tree Board does not meet in June or July.

Members

The Tree Board consists of seven members and includes at-large member Chairman Michael Shelton, at-large member Sarah Barton, At-large member Jessica Seidner, Parks & Recreation Commission Liaison Kevin Young, Neighborhood Preservation Commission Liaison Gerald Wilson, Design Review Commission Liaison Paul Bruns, Beautification Commission Liaison Albert Pope, Planning Commission Liaison Jennifer Sission as well as Alderman Scott Sanders, Assistant Parks and Recreation Director Caleb Marcum, Planning Staff Liaison Sarah Goralewski and Staff Support Teresa Martin.

PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

The Board of Mayor and Aldermen of the City of Germantown will consider an ordinance establishing a stormwater management fee. The second meeting date, Monday, January 25, 2010, there will be a public hearing on this ordinance.

- The first meeting was held on Monday, November 9, 2009 at 7:00 p.m., in the Germantown Municipal Center Council Chambers.

- The second meeting shall be a public hearing on Monday, January 25, 2010 at 6:00 p.m. in the Germantown Municipal Center Council Chambers.

- The third meeting shall be on Monday, February 8, 2010 at 6:00 p.m. in the Germantown Municipal Center Council Chambers.

Any interested persons are invited to attend the above meetings at which time this item will be discussed. Copies of the proposed ordinance are available and may be obtained from the Administration Department in the Municipal Center, 757-7251.
