PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
The City of Germantown is in receipt of a request from Huey’s for a permit to sell beer for on-premise consumption at 7677 W. Farmington.
This request will be considered by the Board of Mayor and Aldermen, sitting as a Beer Board. Anyone wishing to speak for or against this request is invited to attend this meeting.
The Board of Mayor and Aldermen of the City of Germantown will hold public hearings on Monday, January 13, 2014, at 6:00 p.m., in the Germantown Municipal Center Council Chambers to discuss the following ordinances:
Ordinance 2013-15 – Amendment to the Alcoholic Beverage Regulations
Ordinance 2013-16 – Amendment to the Zoning Regulations
Ordinance 2013-17 – Amendment to the Subdivision Regulations
