Court offices are located at Germantown City Hall, 1930 S. Germantown Road. Offices are open weekdays, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. All traffic-related offenses, City code violations and arraignments for criminal offenses are handled in Germantown Municipal Court. The judicial staff consists of two elected part-time judges, a part-time chief prosecutor, several part-time assistant prosecuting attorneys, a public defender and court staff. Traffic tickets may be paid anytime online or by phone at (833) 257-8351. Pay in-person weekdays, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., at Germantown City Hall, 1930 S. Germantown Road. Court Sessions
All court sessions take place at Germantown City Hall, 1930 S. Germantown Road. Those attending Germantown Municipal Court are required to abide by these important court rules. Municipal Court is in session in the council chambers at City Hall every Wednesday. Traffic court begins at 5 p.m. Criminal cases are heard beginning at 6 p.m.Juvenile Court is held on the first two Thursdays of each month at 6 p.m. Check in begins at 5:15 p.m.
