Water Billing and Online Payment

Customers are mailed an invoice monthly for water usage, sanitary sewer and solid waste disposal. An addressed return envelope is included with each bill. Payment options include cash, check, MasterCard or Visa. Customers may return payment by mail, have it automatically drafted from their account or pay online. Drop boxes are located at the front entrance and on the north side of Germantown City Hall for payments by check. To have your payments automatically deducted from a checking account, email your name and your service address to WaterApplications@Germantown-TN.gov.

Those with billing questions may contact Angela Hollister at AHollister@Germantown-TN.gov or (901) 751-7605.

*When making a payment online, always verify that the bank account number you entered is correct before submitting. The online payment system will not automatically indicate invalid or incorrect account numbers. If an incorrect account number is submitted, a returned check fee will be applied, in addition to any other amount due by the customer.

Paperless Water Billing
Would you prefer to receive your utility bill by email? Paperless utility billing is available as a way to control costs and support environmental sustainability. Those who choose to sign up for the paperless service will no longer receive a paper utility bill by mail. Bills will be emailed to the address that you provide. To request a paperless billing application, email your name and your service address to WaterApplications@Germantown-TN.gov .
