Making Germantown Home to Your Business
The City of Germantown continues to grow. Phase six of Thornwood, a 19-acre mixed use development project, is nearing completion. Another large development, TraVure, serves as the headquarters of Mid America Apartments.
The City’s already thriving medical corridor is booming, attracting providers that specialize in care for patients of all ages and healthcare needs. New leases are being signed before construction can even be completed and existing businesses are growing.
For information about what Germantown has to offer for your business, contact Economic and Community Development Director Cameron Ross at CRoss@Germantown-TN.gov or (901) 757-7273.

Official bid notices are posted on the Bid/RFP Opportunities page on the issuance date.
