Germantown Charity Horse Show
One of the largest all-breed horse shows in the country, the Germantown Charity Horse Show brings hundreds of horses to town each June.

Germantown Community Theatre
Germantown Community Theatre, located on Forest Hill-Irene Road, provides an opportunity for theatrical discovery to local performers and theatre patrons. The theatre produces several shows annually using actors from the metro area.

Germantown Festival
This two-day event takes place each September and for many is a longstanding tradition of family fun and excitement. The Festival hosts nearly 400 local and regional artists and craftsmen, offering a wide range of unique items including jewelry, pottery, metal, woodwork, hand-stitched garments, paintings, photography and many other popular and trendy items such as purses, fabrics and garden accessories

GMTV
Germantown Municipal Television, located on the campus of Houston High School, serves as the community-access station for the City. It cablecasts to more than 10,000 subscribers on Channel 17 over the Comcast cable system and Channel 99 on AT&T U-verse. GMTV is operated through cooperation of the City of Germantown and the Germantown Municipal School District.

Germantown Symphony Orchestra
Germantown Symphony Orchestra is committed to promoting young artists and serving the community in many ways and is the only orchestra of its kind in the Mid-South. Although it is volunteer, self-governing and community-based, it provides excellent concert experiences of near-professional quality for its members and audiences. It represents Germantown as the type of community that provides outstanding cultural opportunities for its citizens and for those in surrounding communities.

Leadership Germantown
Leadership Germantown develops and engages individuals through a program of orientation and exposure to community issues and provides a framework for meeting future leadership opportunities.

Leadership Germantown Alumni Association
The governing mission of LGAA is to provide a community conduit for leadership and service, affording graduates of Leadership Germantown practical applications for the LG curriculum. It exists as an organization of individuals committed to the community, leadership through service and personal development through education.
