Public Hearing Notice

The Board of Mayor and Aldermen will hold a public hearing to discuss proposed ordinances:
Ordinance 2009-19 – Signs – DRC Authority to Grant Exceptions – Second Reading
Ordinance 2010-9 – Amendment to Sign Ordinance Pertaining to Churches and Schools – Second Reading

Any interested persons are invited to attend the meeting at which time this item will be discussed. Copies of the proposed ordinance may be obtained from the Administration Department in the Municipal Center, 757-7251.

Beer Board

The City of Germantown is in receipt of a request from Ms. Mei Ha Lam the new owner of Tao Too, located at 2072 West St. for a permit to sell beer for on-premise consumption.

This request will be considered by the Board of Mayor and Aldermen, sitting as a Beer Board, at a Board of Mayor and Aldermen Meeting on Monday, November 8, 2010, at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Center.

Anyone wishing to speak for or against this request is invited to attend this meeting.
