Purpose
The Neighborhood Preservation Commission strives to promote and preserve the integrity of residential neighborhoods and foster a sense of community in them.

Meetings
Meetings take place on the third Thursday of each month at 5:30 p.m. in the Administration Conference Room at Germantown City Hall, 1930 S. Germantown Road.

Members
The commission consists of 12 members appointed by the Board of Mayor and Aldermen and includes Chairman Ellen Bernstein, Cheron Allbright, Scott Balentine, Brian Everson, Peter Ganavazos, Allison Holden, Shawn Lane, Whitney Lane, Matthew May, Adrienne Pakis-Gillon, Marissa Rogers, Gerald Wilson, Staff Support Erinn Figg and Alderman Mary Anne Gibson.

The City is in receipt of a request from Bradley Cross for a Certificate of Compliance for Cork’s Wine & Spirits, a retail package store to open at 3078 Village Shops Drive.

The City is in receipt of a request from Keith May and Audrey Page for a Certificate of Compliance for Doc’s Wine & Spirits, a retail package store to open at 6685 Poplar Ave., Suite 101. 

Anyone wishing to speak for or against these requests is invited to attend this meeting.
