PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

September 22, 2014

The City of Germantown is in receipt of a request for a permit to sell beer for off-premise consumption from Aziz Khetani – Forest Hill-Irene Exxon located at 9100 Poplar Ave.

This request will be considered by the Board of Mayor and Aldermen, sitting as a Beer Board, at a Board of Mayor and Aldermen Meeting on Monday, September 22, 2014, at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Center.

The Board of Mayor and Aldermen will hold public hearings to discuss Ordinance 2014-10 – Western Gateway Rezoning and Ordinance 2014-11 – Health Care/Medical Facility Office.

Anyone wishing to speak for or against this request is invited to attend this meeting.
