Meetings

The Tree Board meets bi-monthly (as needed) at noon at the Parks and Recreation office, 2276 West Street. The Tree Board does not meet in June or July.

Members

The Tree Board consists of seven members and includes at-large member Chairman Michael Shelton, at-large member Sarah Barton, At-large member Jessica Seidner, Parks & Recreation Commission Liaison Kevin Young, Neighborhood Preservation Commission Liaison Gerald Wilson, Design Review Commission Liaison Paul Bruns, Beautification Commission Liaison Albert Pope, Planning Commission Liaison Jennifer Sission as well as Alderman Scott Sanders, Assistant Parks and Recreation Director Caleb Marcum, Planning Staff Liaison Sarah Goralewski and Staff Support Teresa Martin.

Games and activities begin at 10 a.m. Egg Hunts: Up to 2 years, 10:30 a.m. 3 to 4 years, 11 a.m. 5 to 6 years, 11:30 a.m. 7 to 8 years, noon The annual Easter Eggstravaganza features a free petting zoo, moon bounces, monster mural and age-divided egg hunts. Meet the Easter Bunny, find candy filled eggs and have an eggstravagant time. Don’t forget a basket and camera. Rain date is Tuesday, April 15. In the event of inclement weather, call 751-5669 for details on event status.
