Meetings

The Tree Board meets bi-monthly (as needed) at noon at the Parks and Recreation office, 2276 West Street. The Tree Board does not meet in June or July.

Members

The Tree Board consists of seven members and includes at-large member Chairman Michael Shelton, at-large member Sarah Barton, At-large member Jessica Seidner, Parks & Recreation Commission Liaison Kevin Young, Neighborhood Preservation Commission Liaison Gerald Wilson, Design Review Commission Liaison Paul Bruns, Beautification Commission Liaison Albert Pope, Planning Commission Liaison Jennifer Sission as well as Alderman Scott Sanders, Assistant Parks and Recreation Director Caleb Marcum, Planning Staff Liaison Sarah Goralewski and Staff Support Teresa Martin.

Priority Registration - Camp Houston Levee

Priority registration is for Germantown Residents only. Registration will open at 8 a.m. on Monday, March 31 at the Parks and Recreation office and continue until capacity is reached. Non-residents may begin registration on Wednesday, April 2. Call 757-7375 to check availability. The camp fee is $499 and a deposit of $249.50 is due at registration. The remaining balance is due on or before May 9.

Parents must provide a Germantown water bill as verification of residency and a copy of the child's birth certificate. If participants are making a partial payment, a refund will not be given unless the spot is filled. Campers must be six years old by June 2.
