Meetings

The Tree Board meets bi-monthly (as needed) at noon at the Parks and Recreation office, 2276 West Street. The Tree Board does not meet in June or July.

Members

The Tree Board consists of seven members and includes at-large member Chairman Michael Shelton, at-large member Sarah Barton, At-large member Jessica Seidner, Parks & Recreation Commission Liaison Kevin Young, Neighborhood Preservation Commission Liaison Gerald Wilson, Design Review Commission Liaison Paul Bruns, Beautification Commission Liaison Albert Pope, Planning Commission Liaison Jennifer Sission as well as Alderman Scott Sanders, Assistant Parks and Recreation Director Caleb Marcum, Planning Staff Liaison Sarah Goralewski and Staff Support Teresa Martin.

Special guest Tommy Terrific is bringing his own wackiness to Wacky Wednesday. Join us as he performs a magic trick or two, while sharing the magic of jazz legend Louis Armstrong. The show will feature magic tricks related to Louis Armstrong’s innovative jazz standards such as, "Hello Dolly", "When the Saints Go Marching In" and "What a Wonderful World.” Ages 6 to 12 years are invited to attend at 1 or 4:30 p.m. Pre-registration is not required.
