Purpose
The Neighborhood Preservation Commission strives to promote and preserve the integrity of residential neighborhoods and foster a sense of community in them.

Meetings
Meetings take place on the third Thursday of each month at 5:30 p.m. in the Administration Conference Room at Germantown City Hall, 1930 S. Germantown Road.

Members
The commission consists of 12 members appointed by the Board of Mayor and Aldermen and includes Chairman Ellen Bernstein, Cheron Allbright, Scott Balentine, Brian Everson, Peter Ganavazos, Allison Holden, Shawn Lane, Whitney Lane, Matthew May, Adrienne Pakis-Gillon, Marissa Rogers, Gerald Wilson, Staff Support Erinn Figg and Alderman Mary Anne Gibson.

PUBLIC HEARING
Temporary Beer Permit

The City of Germantown is in receipt of a request for a temporary permit to sell beer for on-premise consumption from Leadership Germantown for their event to be held at 7901 Poplar Pike (Bobby Lanier Farm Park) on Saturday, April 25, 2015 from 3:30 p.m. until 7:30 p.m. This event is a fundraiser for the 501(c)3 organizations.

PUBLIC HEARING
Temporary Beer Permit

The Germantown Festival has requested a temporary beer permit for on-premise consumption for their event to be held on Saturday, September 12, 2015 from 9:30 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. and on Sunday, September 13, 2015 from noon until 6:00 p.m. This event is a fundraiser for the 501(c)3 organization.

These requests will be considered by the Board of Mayor and Aldermen, sitting as a Beer Board, at the regular meeting of the Board of Mayor and Aldermen Meeting on Monday, April 13, 2015, at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Center.
