Active Aging programs are for Germantown residents who are 50 years and older. 

If you are interested in meeting new people, socializing with old friends, participating in our weekly activities or taking a trip to interesting places, then the Germantown 50+ Group is for you! All activities take place at the Pickering Center, 7771 Poplar Pike, unless otherwise noted. Big Read Book Discussion: Germantown READS Book Club

The community is invited to participate in the Read Germantown! Book Club's October book selection, A Wizard of Earthsea by Ursula K. Le Guin. Discussion will utilize The Big Read educational materials and be moderated by library staff.
