Purpose
The Neighborhood Preservation Commission strives to promote and preserve the integrity of residential neighborhoods and foster a sense of community in them.

Meetings
Meetings take place on the third Thursday of each month at 5:30 p.m. in the Administration Conference Room at Germantown City Hall, 1930 S. Germantown Road.

Members
The commission consists of 12 members appointed by the Board of Mayor and Aldermen and includes Chairman Ellen Bernstein, Cheron Allbright, Scott Balentine, Brian Everson, Peter Ganavazos, Allison Holden, Shawn Lane, Whitney Lane, Matthew May, Adrienne Pakis-Gillon, Marissa Rogers, Gerald Wilson, Staff Support Erinn Figg and Alderman Mary Anne Gibson.

PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
The Board of Mayor and Aldermen of the City of Germantown will hold a public hearing on Monday, January 11, 2016, at 6:00 p.m., in the Germantown Municipal Center Council Chambers to discuss Ordinance 2015-9 – Amendment to 2016 Budget Ordinance – Second Reading.

PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
The City of Germantown is in receipt of a request for a permit from Stoney River Management Company, LLC to sell beer for on-premise consumption at Stoney River Steakhouse and Grill at 7515 Poplar Ave., Suite 101.
This request will be considered by the Board of Mayor and Aldermen, sitting as a Beer Board, at a Board of Mayor and Aldermen Meeting on Monday, January 11, 2016, at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Center.
Anyone wishing to speak for or against this request is invited to attend this meeting.

This request will be considered by the Board of Mayor and Aldermen, sitting as a Beer Board, at a Board of Mayor and Aldermen Meeting on Monday, January 11, 2016, at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Center.
