Purpose
The Neighborhood Preservation Commission strives to promote and preserve the integrity of residential neighborhoods and foster a sense of community in them.

Meetings
Meetings take place on the third Thursday of each month at 5:30 p.m. in the Administration Conference Room at Germantown City Hall, 1930 S. Germantown Road.

Members
The commission consists of 12 members appointed by the Board of Mayor and Aldermen and includes Chairman Ellen Bernstein, Cheron Allbright, Scott Balentine, Brian Everson, Peter Ganavazos, Allison Holden, Shawn Lane, Whitney Lane, Matthew May, Adrienne Pakis-Gillon, Marissa Rogers, Gerald Wilson, Staff Support Erinn Figg and Alderman Mary Anne Gibson.

Board of Mayor and Aldermen Work Session

WORK SESSION
August 25, 2016


The Germantown Board of Mayor and Aldermen and Germantown School Board will meet in a work session on Thursday, August 25, 2016, at 6 p.m. in the Professional Development Room at the Germantown Municipal School District office located in the Carrefour Mall, 6685 Poplar Avenue, Suite 202 to discuss school enrollment and capacity issues, trends over the next several years and alternatives to address both. This discussion will be preceded by a presentation by Be Smart regarding gun safety.
