PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
March 27, 2017
The City of Germantown is in receipt of a request for a beer permit from Whole Foods Market, Inc. to sell beer for on-premise/off-premise consumption located at 7825 U.S. Highway 72.
The City is also in receipt of a request for a temporary beer permit from Leadership Germantown to sell beer for on-premise consumption for Trivia Night 2017, on April 1, 2017, at the Great Hall & Conference Center, located at 1900 S. Germantown Road.
These requests will be considered by the Board of Mayor and Aldermen, sitting as a Beer Board, at the Board of Mayor and Aldermen Meeting on Monday, March 27, 2017, at 6 p.m. in the Council Chambers of City Hall.
