Purpose
The Neighborhood Preservation Commission strives to promote and preserve the integrity of residential neighborhoods and foster a sense of community in them.

Meetings
Meetings take place on the third Thursday of each month at 5:30 p.m. in the Administration Conference Room at Germantown City Hall, 1930 S. Germantown Road.

Members
The commission consists of 12 members appointed by the Board of Mayor and Aldermen and includes Chairman Ellen Bernstein, Cheron Allbright, Scott Balentine, Brian Everson, Peter Ganavazos, Allison Holden, Shawn Lane, Whitney Lane, Matthew May, Adrienne Pakis-Gillon, Marissa Rogers, Gerald Wilson, Staff Support Erinn Figg and Alderman Mary Anne Gibson.

The Board of Mayor and Aldermen of the City of Germantown will consider a request for the Outline Plan Approval of Carter Mixed Use Project at the Board of Mayor and Aldermen Meeting to be held on May 8, at 6 p.m. in the Council Chambers of City Hall.

City of Germantown is in receipt of a request for a permit from Blue Honey Bistro to sell beer for on-premise consumption at 9155 Poplar Avenue, Suite 17. This request will be considered by the Board of Mayor and Aldermen, sitting as a Beer Board, at a Board of Mayor and Aldermen Meeting on Monday, May 08, 2017, at 6 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall.

May 8, 2017
The City of Germantown is in receipt of a request from MAC’s Convenience Stores LLC for a permit to sell beer for off-premise consumption from the following stores:
Circle K – 1351 Germantown Rd.
Circle K – 9113 Winchester Rd.
This request will be considered by the Board of Mayor and Aldermen, sitting as a Beer Board, at a Board of Mayor and Aldermen Meeting on Monday, May 8, at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of City Hall.
Anyone wishing to speak for or against these requests is invited to attend this meeting.
