PUBLIC HEARING NOTICES

The City of Germantown is in receipt of a request for a permit from Rock ‘N Dough Pizza Company, LLC to manufacture and sell beer for on/off premise consumption at 7850 Poplar Avenue, Suite 8. This request will be considered by the Board of Mayor and Aldermen, sitting as a Beer Board, at a Board of Mayor and Aldermen Meeting on Monday, September 25, 2017, at 6 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall. Anyone wishing to speak for or against this request is invited to attend this meeting.

The Board of Mayor and Aldermen of the City of Germantown will hold a public hearing on Monday, September 25, 2017, at 6:00 p.m., in the Germantown City Hall Council Chambers to discuss The Outline Plan for the Goodwin Farms Planned Unit Development (Resolution number 17R19), located on the north side of Winchester Rd., 1,000 ft. from Crestwyn Drive. If you have any questions or comments concerning this matter, contact Planning Division staff at 901-757-7281. Anyone wishing to speak for or against this request is invited to attend this meeting.
