Purpose
The Neighborhood Preservation Commission strives to promote and preserve the integrity of residential neighborhoods and foster a sense of community in them.

Meetings
Meetings take place on the third Thursday of each month at 5:30 p.m. in the Administration Conference Room at Germantown City Hall, 1930 S. Germantown Road.

Members
The commission consists of 12 members appointed by the Board of Mayor and Aldermen and includes Chairman Ellen Bernstein, Cheron Allbright, Scott Balentine, Brian Everson, Peter Ganavazos, Allison Holden, Shawn Lane, Whitney Lane, Matthew May, Adrienne Pakis-Gillon, Marissa Rogers, Gerald Wilson, Staff Support Erinn Figg and Alderman Mary Anne Gibson.

 PUBLIC HEARING 

September 24, 2018
The Board of Mayor and Aldermen of the City of Germantown will hold a public hearing on Monday, September 24, 2018, at 6:00 p.m., in the Germantown City Hall Council Chambers to discuss the following:

• Ord. 2018-10 - Rezoning of Cordova Triangle from “T4” General Urban to “R” Single-Family Residential, and an ordinance amendment to delete the Cordova Triangle from the CBD Regulating Plan referred to in Sec. 23-756 and the Zoning Map in Sec. 23-824 of the Germantown Smart Code
