Purpose
The Neighborhood Preservation Commission strives to promote and preserve the integrity of residential neighborhoods and foster a sense of community in them.

Meetings
Meetings take place on the third Thursday of each month at 5:30 p.m. in the Administration Conference Room at Germantown City Hall, 1930 S. Germantown Road.

Members
The commission consists of 12 members appointed by the Board of Mayor and Aldermen and includes Chairman Ellen Bernstein, Cheron Allbright, Scott Balentine, Brian Everson, Peter Ganavazos, Allison Holden, Shawn Lane, Whitney Lane, Matthew May, Adrienne Pakis-Gillon, Marissa Rogers, Gerald Wilson, Staff Support Erinn Figg and Alderman Mary Anne Gibson.

PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
September 10, 2018

 

The City of Germantown is in receipt of a request from RISE Foundation, Inc. for a temporary beer permit to sell beer for on-premise consumption at the annual RISE Evening of Change Gala, to be held on Thursday, September 27, from 6:30 to 11:30 p.m., at the Great Hall & Conference Center. 

 

Memphis Bar Ties has requested a temporary beer permit for on-premise consumption at the Germantown Charity Horse Show Association Horse Fair and Food Truck Festival to be held on Saturday, September 29, from 4 until 8 p.m., at the Germantown Charity Horse Show Arena.

These requests will be considered by the Board of Mayor and Aldermen, sitting as a Beer Board, at a Board of Mayor and Aldermen meeting on Monday, September 10, 2018, at 6 p.m. in the Council Chambers of City Hall.

Anyone wishing to speak for or against these requests is invited to attend this meeting.
