Purpose
The Neighborhood Preservation Commission strives to promote and preserve the integrity of residential neighborhoods and foster a sense of community in them.
Meetings
Meetings take place on the third Thursday of each month at 5:30 p.m. in the Administration Conference Room at Germantown City Hall, 1930 S. Germantown Road.
Members
The commission consists of 12 members appointed by the Board of Mayor and Aldermen and includes Chairman Ellen Bernstein, Cheron Allbright, Scott Balentine, Brian Everson, Peter Ganavazos, Allison Holden, Shawn Lane, Whitney Lane, Matthew May, Adrienne Pakis-Gillon, Marissa Rogers, Gerald Wilson, Staff Support Erinn Figg and Alderman Mary Anne Gibson.

PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
The Board of Mayor and Aldermen of the City of Germantown will hold a public hearing to discuss Approval of an Amendment to Outline Plan for the Campbell Clinic Expansion Planned Development (Resolution number 18R06), located at 7887 Wolf River Blvd.

PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
The City of Germantown is in receipt of a request from the Germantown Festival Committee for a temporary beer permit to sell beer for on-premise consumption at the 2018 Germantown Festival, to be held on Saturday, September 8, from 9:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. and on Sunday, September 9, from noon until 6 p.m. at the Germantown Civic Club Complex.
This request will be considered by the Board of Mayor and Aldermen, sitting as a Beer Board.
