Purpose
The Neighborhood Preservation Commission strives to promote and preserve the integrity of residential neighborhoods and foster a sense of community in them.
Meetings
Meetings take place on the third Thursday of each month at 5:30 p.m. in the Administration Conference Room at Germantown City Hall, 1930 S. Germantown Road.
Members
The commission consists of 12 members appointed by the Board of Mayor and Aldermen and includes Chairman Ellen Bernstein, Cheron Allbright, Scott Balentine, Brian Everson, Peter Ganavazos, Allison Holden, Shawn Lane, Whitney Lane, Matthew May, Adrienne Pakis-Gillon, Marissa Rogers, Gerald Wilson, Staff Support Erinn Figg and Alderman Mary Anne Gibson.

PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
The City of Germantown is in receipt of a request for a permit from Staks Pancake Kitchen to sell beer for on premise consumption at 7704 Poplar Avenue. This request will be considered by the Board of Mayor and Aldermen, sitting as a Beer Board, at a Board of Mayor and Aldermen Meeting on Monday, November 26, at 6 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall.
PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
The Board of Mayor and Aldermen of the City of Germantown will hold a public hearing on Monday, November 26, 2018, at 6:00 p.m., in the Germantown City Hall Council Chambers to discuss the following: Approval of an Outline Plan for the Carrefour at the Gateway Planned Development (Resolution number 18R23), located at 6685 Poplar Ave. If you have any questions concerning this matter, contact Planning Division staff at 901-757-7281.
