Active Aging programs are for Germantown residents who are 50 years and older. 

If you are interested in meeting new people, socializing with old friends, participating in our weekly activities or taking a trip to interesting places, then the Germantown 50+ Group is for you! All activities take place at the Pickering Center, 7771 Poplar Pike, unless otherwise noted. Events and Programs 
The Germantown Parks and Recreation 50+ Coordinator works diligently to plan and coordinate several events and programs throughout the year. For more information about upcoming programs and events, see below or visit Germantown-TN.gov/Calendar.

Learning from the Technology Coach: iPad Basics

Fee: $25 per four class session
Classes take place Tuesdays and Thursdays, November 6, 8, 13 and 15
Advance registration is required.

Bought an iPad, now what? Take this hands-on class to learn how to get the most from your new device. iPad Basis includes device navigation, photo management, using your camera, using FaceTime, using the App Store and much more.

For iPad classes, bring your device, Apple ID and password to class. No experience is required. Space is limited and preregistration is required. Register at Germantown Parks and Recreation, 2276 West Street, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., or online at Germantown-TN.gov/Registration.
