Purpose
The Neighborhood Preservation Commission strives to promote and preserve the integrity of residential neighborhoods and foster a sense of community in them.
Meetings
Meetings take place on the third Thursday of each month at 5:30 p.m. in the Administration Conference Room at Germantown City Hall, 1930 S. Germantown Road.
Members
The commission consists of 12 members appointed by the Board of Mayor and Aldermen and includes Chairman Ellen Bernstein, Cheron Allbright, Scott Balentine, Brian Everson, Peter Ganavazos, Allison Holden, Shawn Lane, Whitney Lane, Matthew May, Adrienne Pakis-Gillon, Marissa Rogers, Gerald Wilson, Staff Support Erinn Figg and Alderman Mary Anne Gibson.

PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

The Board of Mayor and Aldermen of the City of Germantown will hold public hearings on Monday, June 10, 2019, at 6 p.m., in the Germantown City Hall Council Chambers, 1930 S. Germantown Road, to discuss the following ordinances.
• Ordinance 2019-1 - FY20 Budget – Second Reading
• Ordinance 2019-2 - Year-end Budget Adjustments – Second Reading
• Ordinance 2019-3 - Real & Personalty Property Tax – Second Reading
• Ordinance 2019-4 - GMSD Year-end Budget Adjustments – Second Reading
