Purpose
The Neighborhood Preservation Commission strives to promote and preserve the integrity of residential neighborhoods and foster a sense of community in them.

Meetings
Meetings take place on the third Thursday of each month at 5:30 p.m. in the Administration Conference Room at Germantown City Hall, 1930 S. Germantown Road.

Members
The commission consists of 12 members appointed by the Board of Mayor and Aldermen and includes Chairman Ellen Bernstein, Cheron Allbright, Scott Balentine, Brian Everson, Peter Ganavazos, Allison Holden, Shawn Lane, Whitney Lane, Matthew May, Adrienne Pakis-Gillon, Marissa Rogers, Gerald Wilson, Staff Support Erinn Figg and Alderman Mary Anne Gibson.

The City of Germantown is in receipt of a request for a permit from Michael Lloyd Miller to sell beer for on premise consumption at Let It Fly, located at 9091 Poplar Avenue, Suite 101.

This request will be considered by the Board of Mayor and Aldermen, sitting as a Beer Board, at a Board of Mayor and Aldermen Meeting on Monday, July 22, 2019, at 6 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall.

Anyone wishing to speak for or against this request is invited to attend this meeting.

The City of Germantown is in receipt of a request from the Germantown Festival Association for a temporary beer permit to sell beer for on-premise consumption at the 2019 Germantown Festival, to be held on Saturday, September 7, from 9:30 until 6 p.m. and on Sunday, September 8, from noon until 6 p.m. at the Germantown Civic Club Complex.

This request will be considered by the Board of Mayor and Aldermen, sitting as a Beer Board, at a Board of Mayor and Aldermen Meeting on Monday, July 22, 2019 at 6 p.m. in the Council Chambers of City Hall.
