Purpose
The Neighborhood Preservation Commission strives to promote and preserve the integrity of residential neighborhoods and foster a sense of community in them.

Meetings
Meetings take place on the third Thursday of each month at 5:30 p.m. in the Administration Conference Room at Germantown City Hall, 1930 S. Germantown Road.

Members
The commission consists of 12 members appointed by the Board of Mayor and Aldermen and includes Chairman Ellen Bernstein, Cheron Allbright, Scott Balentine, Brian Everson, Peter Ganavazos, Allison Holden, Shawn Lane, Whitney Lane, Matthew May, Adrienne Pakis-Gillon, Marissa Rogers, Gerald Wilson, Staff Support Erinn Figg and Alderman Mary Anne Gibson.

PUBLIC HEARING 
January 13, 2020

The Board of Mayor and Aldermen of the City of Germantown will hold a public hearing on Monday, January 13, 2020, at 6:00 p.m., in the Germantown City Hall Council Chambers to discuss the following:

• Amendment to Zoning Ordinance - Chapter 23 – SmartCode Sections 23-745, 23-763. A. And B., And 23-819 of the Zoning Ordinance (Ordinance Number 2019-15)
