PUBLIC HEARING
January 11, 2021
The Board of Mayor and Aldermen of the City of Germantown will hold a public hearing on Monday, January 11, 2021, at 6:00 p.m., to discuss Ordinance 2020-8 – Rezoning of a 2.807-acre portion of a parcel east of Forest Hill-Irene Rd., immediately north of Forest Hill Elementary School, from “RE” Residential Estate to “R” Low-Density Single-Family Residential. If you have any questions concerning these matters, contact Planning Division staff at 901-757-7295.
The City of Germantown is in compliance with the American with Disabilities Act. If you need accommodations, please call 757-7288 at least 24 hours in advance of the meeting.

CITIZENS TO BE HEARD
The Board of Mayor and Aldermen encourage active participation and engagement with governing by making available Citizens to be Heard as part of the meeting agenda. To participate in Citizens to be Heard, please send your submittals, 500 words or less, to CTBH@germantown-tn.gov and include your name, address and phone number. All emails submitted between Wednesday at 12 pm before the meeting and 12 pm the day of the meeting will be delivered to the Board prior to the 6 pm Board meeting. The CTBH emails will be included in the agenda packet and available for the public to view at 6 p.m.
