CITIZENS TO BE HEARD
The Board of Mayor and Aldermen encourage active participation and engagement with governing by making available Citizens to be Heard as part of the meeting agenda. To participate, please send your submittals, 500 words or less, to CTBH@germantown-tn.gov and include your name, address and phone number. All emails submitted by the scheduled meeting date no later than 12 pm will be delivered to the Board prior to the 6 pm Board meeting.
PUBLIC HEARING
The Board of Mayor and Aldermen of the City of Germantown will hold a public hearing on Monday, July 13, 2020, at 6:00 p.m., via video conference to discuss Ordinance 2020-06 – Rezoning of a three-acre piece of property immediately east of Forest Hill Elementary School, approximately 1,390 feet off of Forest Hill-Irene Road, from “RE” Residential Estate to “R” Low-Density Single-Family Residential.
