The Board of Mayor and Aldermen encourage active participation and engagement with governing by making available Citizens to be Heard as part of the meeting agenda. To participate, please send your submittals, 500 words or less, to CTBH@germantown-tn.gov and include your name, address and phone number. All emails submitted by the scheduled meeting date no later than 12 p.m. will be delivered to the Board prior to the 6 pm Board meeting.
PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
The Board of Mayor and Aldermen of the City of Germantown will hold public hearings on Monday, June 8, 2020, at 6 pm, via video conference to discuss the following ordinances:
• Ordinance 2020-2 – Year-end Budget Adjustments – Second Reading
• Ordinance 2020-4 – GMSD Year-end Budget Adjustments – Second Reading
