Citizens to be Heard
The Board of Mayor and Aldermen encourage active participation and engagement with governing by making available Citizens to be Heard as part of the meeting agenda. Please send your submittals, 500 words or less, to CTBH@germantown-tn.gov and include your name, address and phone number. All emails submitted by the scheduled meeting date no later than 12 noon will be delivered to the Board prior to the 6 pm Board meeting.
