The city of Germantown and the Board of Zoning Appeal encourage active participation and engagement with governing by making available public commenting for each item as part of the meeting agenda. Please send your submittal, 500 words or less, to DRCPH@germantown-tn.gov and must include your name, address and phone number. In the subject line, please write the agenda items number and project name (eg. 5A - Forest Hill). All emails submitted by the scheduled meeting date, no later than 12 pm, will be delivered to the Board prior to the 6 pm Commission Meeting.
