The City of Germantown and the Planning Commission encourage active participation and engagement with governing by making available public commenting for each item as part of the meeting agenda. Please send your submittals, 500 words or less, to PCPH@germantown-tn.gov and must include your name, address and phone number. In the subject line, please write the agenda item number and project name (eg. 5A - Forest Hill Grill). All emails submitted by the scheduled meeting date, no later than 12 pm, will be delivered to the Board prior to the 6 pm Board Meeting.
While the Planning Commission Subcommittee meeting is open to the public, no in person public comments will be taken at the meeting, as it is a work session only.
