The City of Germantown and the Planning Commission encourage active participation and engagement with governing by making available public commenting for each item as part of the meeting agenda. Please send your submittals, 500 words or less, to Sarah Goralewski at sgoralewski@germantown-tn.gov and must include your name, address and phone number. In the subject line, please write the agenda item number and project name (eg. 5A - Forest Hill Grill). All emails submitted by the scheduled meeting date, no later than 12 pm, will be included in the agenda packet.

In Person:

Individuals wishing to speak in person at the Planning Commission meeting about a specific item on the agenda may sign up in the lobby (called People Street) upon arrival. Per the Planning Commission By-Laws, all speakers in support of an agenda item may speak up to 15 minutes total (for all speakers combined), and all speakers in opposition of an agenda item may speak up to 15 minutes total (for all speakers combined).
