Purpose
The Neighborhood Preservation Commission strives to promote and preserve the integrity of residential neighborhoods and foster a sense of community in them.

Meetings
Meetings take place on the third Thursday of each month at 5:30 p.m. in the Administration Conference Room at Germantown City Hall, 1930 S. Germantown Road.

Members
The commission consists of 12 members appointed by the Board of Mayor and Aldermen and includes Chairman Ellen Bernstein, Cheron Allbright, Scott Balentine, Brian Everson, Peter Ganavazos, Allison Holden, Shawn Lane, Whitney Lane, Matthew May, Adrienne Pakis-Gillon, Marissa Rogers, Gerald Wilson, Staff Support Erinn Figg and Alderman Mary Anne Gibson.

PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
The Board of Mayor and Aldermen of the City of Germantown will hold public hearings on Monday, June 14, 2021, at 6 pm, in the Germantown City Hall Council Chambers, 1930 S. Germantown Road, to discuss the following ordinances:

• Ordinance 2021-1 - FY2022 Budget
• Ordinance 2021-2 - Year-end Budget Adjustments
• Ordinance 2021-3 - Real & Personalty Property Taxes
• Ordinance 2021-4 - GMSD Year-end Budget Adjustments

The entire budget is available on the City website at www.Germantown-TN.gov/FY22.

PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
The Board of Mayor and Aldermen of the City of Germantown will hold a public hearing on Monday, June 14, 2021, at 6 p.m., in the Germantown City Hall Council Chambers to discuss Ordinance 2021-11 amending Ch. 21, Article VIII, Sec. 21-405- Establishment of an annual Capital Improvement budget within the stormwater management fund, and Sec. 21-408 to establish new stormwater user fees and a new equivalent resident unit amount.
