PUBLIC HEARING NOTICES
April 11, 2022

The City is in receipt of a request for a permit from Kings Lane Germantown MGMT, LLC to sell beer for on-premise consumption at Courtyard by Marriott, located at 7750 Wolf River Boulevard.

The City is in receipt of a request from The Down Syndrome Association of Memphis for a temporary beer permit to sell beer for on-premise consumption at the Get Down and Derby fund raiser, to be held on Saturday, May 7, 2022, from 4 pm until 9 pm at the Great Hall & Conference Center, located at 1900 S. Germantown Road.

These requests will be considered by the Board of Mayor and Aldermen, sitting as a Beer Board, at a Board of Mayor and Aldermen Meeting on Monday, April 11, 2022, at 6 p.m. Anyone for or against these beer permit requests is invited to attend.

Time meeting ends is an estimate.
