G'town Fit is a fitness training event/experience that is geared to test an athlete's functional fitness. Designed by First Responders and Germantown Police Department’s SWAT officers, this event will be fun and challenging for individuals of all fitness levels. Participants will have the opportunity to participate in various challenges and will be ranked based on performance. The top finishers will advance to the final round which is the Germantown SWAT Performance Fitness Qualification, a rigorous challenge including gas mask runs, weighted carries and exercises while wearing a plate carrier. If you think you have what it takes to be fittest in G'town, come hangout with the Germantown SWAT team and see where you stack up! Pre-registration is required.
