Active Aging programs are for Germantown residents who are 50 years and older.

If you are interested in meeting new people, socializing with old friends, participating in our weekly activities or taking a trip to interesting places, then the Germantown 50+ Group is for you! All activities take place at the Pickering Center, 7771 Poplar Pike, unless otherwise noted. Join Jeanne Simmons and Leesa Wilkinson for a holiday celebration. Jeanne has performed with the Germantown Symphony Orchestra and the Memphis Symphony Orchestra as well as played for numerous productions at Theatre Memphis and the Orpheum Theatre. Leesa earned a Master’s Degree in Music Education and has been a music director and piano accompanist for over 25 musical productions including Nunsense, Cinderella, Forever Plaid and My Fair Lady.
